For U.S. Customers

Shipping Method: Due to changes in U.S. customs regulations (elimination of de minimis exemption), Japan Post services remain suspended. All orders will be shipped via Yamato International Express.

Important Information:

• Delivery Carrier: UPS will handle your delivery
• Additional Costs: Import duties and UPS brokerage fees (payable upon delivery)
• Customs Clearance: UPS may contact you directly
• Note: As of November 2025, Japan Post services remain suspended

For Canadian Customers

Shipping Update (Effective November 14, 2025): Japan Post services to Canada have resumed!

All orders will be shipped via International Airmail (with tracking).
