返金・返品ポリシー

VoidTokyo Press（以下「当店」）の商品をご購入いただきありがとうございます。返品・交換・返金の取り扱いについては以下のとおりです。ご注文前に必ずご確認ください。

■ お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセル
当店で取り扱う商品は、限定部数で発行されるアートジンおよび関連商品です。その性質上、お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルは原則としてお受けしておりません。

・サイズ、色味、内容が想像と違った
・注文を間違えた
・不要になった

上記のようなお客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルはご容赦ください。

■ 予約商品について
予約商品は、ご注文時点で製作・発行数の確定に反映されます。そのため、予約受付期間中・期間終了後を問わず、お客様都合によるキャンセルはお受けできません。あらかじめご了承ください。

■ 不良品・破損・誤配送について
以下の場合は、商品到着後すみやかにご連絡ください。当店の負担で交換または返金の対応をいたします。

・商品に印刷不良、乱丁、落丁がある場合
・輸送中の破損があった場合
・ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合

【ご連絡期限】
・国内：商品到着後2週間以内
・海外：商品到着後1ヶ月以内

ご連絡の際は、注文番号と該当箇所の写真を info@voidtokyopress.com までお送りください。写真を確認のうえ、交換品の発送または返金の手続きをいたします。

なお、交換品の在庫がない場合（限定部数完売時など）は、返金にて対応させていただきます。

■ EU域内のお客様（14日間のクーリングオフ）
上記にかかわらず、商品がEU域内へ配送される場合、お客様は商品到着後14日以内であれば、理由を問わず注文をキャンセルまたは返品する権利を有します。この場合、商品は到着時と同じ状態（未使用で、元の梱包を含む）である必要があり、注文番号または購入を証明できるものが必要です。返送料はお客様のご負担となります。この権利の行使をご希望の場合は、info@voidtokyopress.com までご連絡ください。

■ 返金の方法
返金は、原則としてご購入時と同じ決済方法で行います。クレジットカード、PayPal等の決済事業者を通じて返金手続きを行うため、返金がお客様の口座・明細に反映されるまでには、各決済事業者の処理期間に応じてお時間をいただく場合があります。なお、海外決済の場合、為替変動により返金額が購入時のお支払額と異なる場合があります。この差額について当店は責任を負いません。

■ 返送料について
不良品・破損・誤配送による返品の場合、返送料は当店が負担します。返送方法については、ご連絡をいただいた際に個別にご案内します。事前のご連絡なく返送された場合、対応いたしかねる場合があります。

Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from VoidTokyo Press ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

■ Returns and Cancellations for Customer Reasons
Our products are limited-edition art zines and related items. Due to their nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

・The size, color, or content differed from your expectations
・You placed the order by mistake
・You no longer need the item

■ Pre-order Items
Pre-orders are reflected in our production and print-run figures at the time the order is placed. For this reason, cancellations for customer reasons cannot be accepted, whether during or after the pre-order period. We appreciate your understanding.

■ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If any of the following apply, please contact us promptly after the item arrives. We will arrange an exchange or refund at our expense:

・The product has printing defects, missing pages, or misbound pages
・The product was damaged in transit
・You received an item different from the one you ordered

Notification period:
・Within Japan: within 2 weeks of delivery
・International: within 1 month of delivery

Please email your order number and photos of the affected item to info@voidtokyopress.com. After we verify the photos, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

If a replacement is unavailable (for example, when a limited edition has sold out), we will issue a refund instead.

■ European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. In this case, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by you. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@voidtokyopress.com.

■ How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are, in principle, issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Because refunds are processed through payment providers such as credit card companies or PayPal, the time for a refund to appear in your account or statement depends on each provider's processing period. For international payments, the refunded amount may differ from the original amount paid due to exchange rate fluctuations; we are not responsible for such differences.

■ Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost. We will provide return instructions individually when you contact us. We may be unable to accommodate items returned without prior contact.
