VoidTokyo Vol.10

The landmark 10th volume in the series returns to the words carried since the first issue — “Perceiving the Void.” For VoidTokyo, a photograph is not a picture of the street; it is the act of grasping what appears in that city and nowhere else.

Vol.10 welcomes four new members — Kohei Kudo, Kohei Kitamura, Kyosei Yoshiike and Tokio Nose. Their perspectives, spanning generations and sensibilities, meet those of Joel Pulliam, Johan Brooks, Tadashi Onishi, Tadashi Yamashita and Tatsuo Suzuki. Each photograph answers the others, and the shape of the city right now comes into view.
