配送ポリシー

VoidTokyo Press（以下「当店」）の配送に関する取り扱いは以下のとおりです。

■ 発送時期
・通常商品：ご注文確定後、2週間以内に発送します。
・予約商品：各商品ページに記載の発送予定時期に発送します。予約商品と通常商品を同時にご注文の場合、原則としてすべての商品が揃った時点でまとめて発送します。

■ 送料
・国内：全国一律 930円
・海外：配送先の地域および配送方法により異なります。ご注文手続きの画面で確定金額をご確認いただけます。

■ 配送方法
・国内：クロネコヤマト便
・海外：日本郵便の航空便、またはヤマト国際宅急便からお選びいただけます

■ 関税・輸入税について
海外発送の場合、配送先の国・地域で関税、輸入税、その他の手数料が課されることがあります。これらはお客様のご負担となります。金額や課税の有無は各国の規定によるため、当店では事前にお答えできかねます。

■ 配送の遅延について
お届け日時はあくまで目安です。配送業者の事情、通関手続き、天候、その他当店の管理を超える事由により遅延が生じる場合があります。これらの遅延について当店は責任を負いかねます。

■ 配送先の誤り・受け取りについて
ご注文時にご入力いただいた住所の誤りにより商品が届かない場合、または長期間の不在・受け取り拒否等により商品が当店に返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となることがあります。

■ 商品が届かない・破損していた場合
商品が予定を大きく過ぎても届かない場合、または破損して届いた場合は、返金・返品ポリシーに従って対応いたします。info@voidtokyopress.com までご連絡ください。

Shipping Policy

This policy explains how VoidTokyo Press ("we", "us", "our") handles shipping.

■ Dispatch Time
・Regular items: shipped within 2 weeks after your order is confirmed.
・Pre-order items: shipped around the dispatch period stated on each product page. If you order pre-order and regular items together, we will, in principle, ship them together once all items are available.

■ Shipping Fees
・Within Japan: flat rate of 930 JPY
・International: varies by destination region and shipping method. The final amount is shown at checkout.

■ Shipping Methods
・Within Japan: Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato)
・International: choose between Japan Post airmail or Yamato International Takkyubin

■ Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged by the destination country or region. These are borne by you. As the amounts and applicability depend on each country's regulations, we are unable to advise on them in advance.

■ Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather, or other causes beyond our control. We are not responsible for such delays.

■ Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, or is returned to us due to a prolonged absence or refusal of receipt, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of any re-dispatch.

■ If Your Item Does Not Arrive or Arrives Damaged
If your item does not arrive well past the estimated time, or arrives damaged, we will handle it in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please contact us at info@voidtokyopress.com.
